The MERIC Center, in collaboration with the H2V Biobío Program, the Faculty of Business Sciences of the University of Biobío, and with the support of Corfo Biobío, is organizing this regional forum aimed at opening a space for dialogue on the development of offshore wind energy in the Biobío region.

The event seeks to gather perspectives, identify opportunities, and highlight key local support mechanisms to drive this emerging industry forward. In addition, its outcomes will serve as a valuable input for both the national offshore wind energy roadmap and the Regional Industrial Strengthening Plan.

InvestChile will take part in the forum with a presentation on investment opportunities in the sector and international experiences in offshore wind development, as well as leading one of the thematic working groups.
